The Cecilware 410-00209 Thermostat RX 3/8" X 6" 24" 200°F-400°F is a heat-sensing control that is used with commercial food service equipment that must be operated within a regulated temperature range. This operates by measuring the inside temperature conditions by the sensing bulb and regulating the heating cycle within the, set temperature range of 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostat is installed in the temperature control assembly of compatible equipment in the food preparation areas of restaurants and settings. It has a capillary and probe design which enables temperature changes to be adjusted to respond correctly when cooking or warming.
