The Southbend 2662A8701 Range Thermostat 150°F-450°F 3/16 inch X 11-5/8 inch 48 inch Capillary is a mechanical thermostat that is used in commercial components. It detects the temperature by a capillary-linked bulb and controls the heat in the adjustable operating range. It is mounted behind the control panel and is used to control output by connecting with gas valves or heating elements.
