The Southbend 3004257 Thermostat 150°F-450°F 48" Capillary is a temperature control system that is used to control the heat in compatible Southbend ranges that will give the better cooking results. It operates by controlling the internal temperature of an oven its 48-inch capillary tube and automatically cycling the heating elements or gas flow to keep the desired temperature between 150°F and 450°F.
