The Garland 1948302 Thermostat with Bulb is a component needed for most of commercial ovens because of the essential of its task to control and set accurate temperature for cooking. In an approximately of 3/16”x 12-1/4” bulb, this thermostat regulates the heat by feeling the temperature of the oven and increases or decreases the gaseous streams to offer the correct heat. It also has a range of operating temperatures going from 300 to 650°F, which will allow for the right climate for the preparation of a number of different foods. They include better cooking results, quality standards, and optimal energy conservation because of avoiding overheating.
