Description

The Ultrafryer 18081 Fry Element STR uses electrical current to heat a resistive element with a rating of 3520 watts and 208 volts to create thermal output in the system. The element when excited, moves the heat directly to the surrounding oil to elevate and sustain cooking temperature. This part is placed within compatible fryer units which are usually placed in the oil tank. It aids in heat production during cooking periods. This linked to electrical wiring and mounting brackets and is compatible with fryer configurations to consistent heat production during use.
