The Alto-Shaam TR3318 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour timing control assembly with a manual knob and two electrical connector designed for commercial kitchen equipment. It is mounted in the control panel where the knob provide adjustment of the selected cooking or holding duration. Operating at 240V and 60Hz the timer switch the electrical circuit when the set time is reached to control connected oven operates. It works with the equipment wiring and control components to regulate timed cycles and is commonly installed as a replacement part for commercial oven applications.
