TURBOCHEF:
Step1: Disconnect the oven from the power source and verify zero voltage.
Step2: Remove the outer service panel to access the high-voltage compartment.
Step3: Label and disconnect primary and secondary wiring from the existing transformer.
Step4: Unbolt the transformer from its mounting bracket and remove it.
Step5: Install the new transformer, reconnect wiring according to the schematic, secure all fasteners, and restore power for testing.
