The Traulsen 3446024900 Dial Thermometer is a replacement temperature gauge designed for milk cooler units used in commercial foodservice. It displays internal cabinet temperature, allowing users to monitor that stored milk remains within safe refrigeration limits. It is used in commercial kitchens and dairy storage spaces where milk coolers operate continuously. Within the refrigeration system, it supports routine checks by reflecting cabinet conditions maintained by the cooling mechanism.
