Description

The True 801845 Defrost Heater is a 100-watt, 115-volt replacement heating element designed for use in compatible commercial equipment. Measuring 20 -1/8 inches in length and supplied with 24-in ch leads, it is placed within the evaporator section of the appliance system to remove frost accumulation during scheduled defrost cycles. As a key component of the defrost system, the heater helps maintain proper airflow across the evaporator coil, supporting consistent cooling performance and efficient operation. This part is commonly replaced during maintenance when reduced heating output or excessive ice buildup affects system performance.
