Description

The TRUE 831980 Timer Defrost XC2001-21 is an electronic defrost timer for defrost control of refrigeration equipment. It works by switching between compressor and defrost modes on a set time cycle and pauses and restarts the system at programmed times by using timed circuitry. The unit is controlled by 220V and runs for 8 hours, then defrosts for 20 minutes. Installed in the equipment control panel to control the defrost schedule for refrigeration assemblys that are used to defrost refrigeration units during operational cycles under controlled cooling conditions.
