Description

The Montague 2057-5 Fenwal Thermostat measures the changes in temperature by a sensing element and controls electrical contacts to regulate heating cycles. It reacts to changes in temperature by closing or opening the circuit to ensure that the set point is maintained in the equipment. It is commonly mounted in a commercial cooking system and is mounted in the control panel or close to the heat source to be directly sensed.
