The Henny Penny 64103 Thermostat functions to maintain precise temperature settings for commercial food warmers that include HCW-3, HCW-5 , CW-114, and CW-216. The thermostat maintains a 162°F temperature using a 19" capillary tube alongside a 1/4" x 5 1/2" nickel bulb for precise temperature regulation. Installation of this thermostat becomes simple with its 6" black and red wire leads that feature 1/4" male tab terminals. This temperature control component allows commercial kitchens to maintain stable food temperatures which protects food safety while raising operational effectiveness resulting in better service quality and more efficient energy usage.
