The TurboChef ENC-3007 Door Shunt Service Kit Encore is a replacement sensing assembly that can be fitted to the countertop ovens that are compatible to assure of proper door position sensing. It has parts which communicate with the control system to indicate when the door is closed or the door is open, the oven controls the cooking cycles, and it keeps running. This kit, which is installed at the door frame of the oven, which is necessary in the restaurant kitchen, and other foodservice conditions where the oven performance is needed.
