Description

The TurboChef HHB8244 Keypad Overlay is a membrane control panel for use with other compatible commercial systems. It is made from a flexible printed surface that has embedded switch points that detect touch input to select cooking programs, adjust settings, and initiate and end oven cycles. It is mounted on the front control panel of the oven and is directly connected to the control board within the oven using a ribbon connector so that the operator inputs into the oven's cooking system. It is used in commercial kitchens, quick-service restaurants, and food service settings where cooking is done quickly and repeatedly.
