TurboChef HHD3002 Oven Jetplate Top Standard Double HHD-1002B

The TurboChef HHD3002 Jetplate Top Standard Double HHD-1002B circulates the heated air in the oven through controlled channels to regulate the airflow distribution. It spreads the airflow over the oven cavity, directs the heat flow through internal passages to ensure uniform heat flow during operation and directs heated currents through the designed plate geometry to ensure uniform internal circulation patterns. Mounted at the top end of the compatible oven chambers to fit the flow of air in the cooking compartment, designed to fit the upper oven assembly layout while not blocking airflow or movement areas in the cooking compartment.
