Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-499223-00001 Fryer Twin Size Basket is made for commercial use and having dimensions of 13-1/4” length, 6-5/8” width and 6” height, this basket comes with a coated handle to enable a firm grip when handling hot foods and drinks without burning hands. Designed for heavy usage, it has a feature of drainage of oil in order to produce crispy food which is well fried. Because it is made of heavy materials and has an efficient design, it can be utilized for frying in the large scale serving of foods such as fried chicken, fries, or fish, better for busy kitchens.
