The ULTR24A294 Pump/Motor Assembly is used to filter and circulate oil in fryers. It is 13 1/4” (336 mm) long and therefore suitable for different fryer configurations. This assembly is designed to fit some Ultrafryer models and facilitates the management of the oil. It has a single phase 115/230 V AC power supply and a rotating speed of 1725 RPM; it also has a manual reset button for safety. It is made of steel and is equipped with 3/4” NPT inlet and outlet that provide steady oil flow.
