The Ultrafryer ULTR29A083 Fryer Oil Filters are meant to filter frying oil well and keep the oil in better condition to produce better-tasting food and to have the oil used for a longer period. These white envelope-style filters with a hole have a size of 23x32 inches with an inner diameter of 1 1/2 inches and are designed for use in Ultrafryer systems. Its mode of operation is that they collect and hold the food particles and debris out of the filtering process, thereby preventing them from mixing with the oil.
