Description

The Uniworld UM-20DJ Aluminum Dough Hook 20 QT which is rotated in a mixer to knead the ingredients by repeatedly folding and pressing the dough against the bowl surface to enable the formation of gluten by repeated movement. Its curved shape directs the mixture inwards, and the it mixes the mixture uniformly. It is mounted as an attachment in compatible commercial mixers in which dough preparation is needed. It is made of aluminum and is designed to deal with thick doughs like bread or pizza. The attachment is attached to the drive mechanism of the unit which allows it to rotate consistently during mixing cycles without the need to manually handle the dough.
