Description

The Uniworld UWDUM-60WW Wire Whip Stainless Steel that fits commercial planetary mixers that have a 60-quart bowl. This whip is effective in adding air to ingredients during high-volume mixing and is therefore applicable in whipping creams and light batters. Its stainless steel frame does not bend when under heavy-duty use which helps to ensure stable work in the kitchen systems. The attachment is attached to the mixer hub and spins around the bowl to make sure that the ingredients are well incorporated. It is commonly applied in bakeries, catering kitchens and food production plants where large batches need uniform aeration.
