The Montague V1E Dial Thermostat is a mechanical temperature controller that is meant to regulate the heat in commercial cooking appliances. It has a KX configuration and the 3/16-inch diameter sensing bulb is made of copper, and has a dial interface and mounting bezel. This thermostat is placed inside the control panel and the bulb protrudes into the heat area so that it can sense the temperature. It regulates internal switching according on the temperature. The component is connected to electrical circuits, aligned with mounting hardware, and has a uniform thermal control during the operation of the equipment.
