Description

The Market Forge 97-5362 Knob W/Steam Valve DLT 60 is a control part for the compatible cooking parts with commercial systems. It regulates the stability of steam entering the heating system by a knob which is operated by the cook to give the desired amount of heat during the cooking process. The valve is installed in the steam circuit along with associated piping and heating assemblies, to provide control of steam distribution. A damaged or stuck valve can cause uneven adjustability, incorrect steam output and equipment instability, so replacing a damaged or sticking valve ensure smooth adjustability.
