The Vulcan Hart VH110839-1 36" Coaxial Thermopile functions specifically within commercial fryers and grills and ranges to monitor and regulate safe temperature ranges. The part functions between 250-750 millivolts to convert heat signals into dependable voltage signals that control temperature. The coaxial design of the thermopile makes it stronger and enables a stable connection through its 3/8"-32 threaded interface.
