The Vulcan Hart VH110839-4 36" Thermopile functions as a temperature regulation part for commercial cooking appliances including fryers, boilers and griddles. The thermopile produces electrical output between 250-750 mV which enables safe burner management in Vulcan and Cleveland and Wells appliances. The part transforms heat energy into electrical power to start burners effectively and maintain system stability. The thermopile operates to a regulate temperatures safely while providing optimal conditions which protect against overheating and promotes efficient cooking of food.
