The Vulcan Hart VH358628-2 Convection Oven is a rocker switch intended to be electrically controlled in assemblies that are compatible. This SPDT switch is used to control the direction of the circuit, and this is achieved by enabling the controlled connection between the terminals when it is in operation. It is mounted on a 3/4-inch by 1-5/8 inch cutout on the panel of the oven control to facilitate interaction with the system. When damage causes electrical response, replacement could be necessary to the correct switching is needed in the operation of the commercial kitchen's logic system to ensure stability in control.
