The Vulcan Hart VH428000-1 Fryer Splash Guard is a protective fryer panel installed along the designated side of commercial cooking equipment. where it assist to contain hot oil splashes within the immediate frying area during cooking and handling. The 10-inch guard forms a barrier beside the frypot and work with the surrounding fryer structure to limit the spread of splattered oil onto nearby surface. It attach at the specified mounting location and remain positioned alongside the cooking vessel during operation. The guard can be removed when access to the surrounding fryer components is required for cleaning, inspection or service.
