The American Range 10464 Air Mixing Plate Single Plate 2 Slots 468" Orifice Hole 2-3/16" OD 2.16" DIA Cast Iron is created to control the airflow in a commercial cooking systems, where the air is distributed evenly through the slots of the orifice holes. This system works by directing air between chambers to aid in the maintenance of normal temperature during normal operation.
