Description

The American Range 10464 Air Mixing Plate Single Plate 2 Slots 468" Orifice Hole 2-3/16" OD 2.16" DIA Cast Iron is created to control the airflow in a commercial cooking systems, where the air is distributed evenly through the slots of the orifice holes. This system works by directing air between chambers to aid in the maintenance of normal temperature during normal operation. It is used in ranges and ovens where there is a requirement to have a consistent air distribution in order to have accurate cooking performance. The component becomes a vital part of the system to ensure that there is the right flow of air in the coordinated working of the system with other internal assemblies.
