The Wells SP2-WL0096 Element and Pan Assembly is a combined heating and support component used in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. The assembly consists of a heating element mounted within a metal pan structure that operates as the primary heat-transfer surface. Installed beneath the warmer top the element converts electrical energy into heat which is transferred through the pan to warm food containers and maintain holding temperatures.
