The Cleveland SE50019 Wing Nut Draw-Off Valve is a replacement part for commercial cooking equipment. It wing nut hold the draw-off valve and gives a safe connection by allowing an adjustable connection. It fits 1 1/2-inch and 2-inch valve assemblies which are typically utilized in kettles, steamers, and braising pan.
