Description

The Wells WS50402 Top Mount Pan applied on the compatible food holding units to hold food containers when they are heated. It is installed on top of the system and enables the heat in the well to transfer well and keeps pans in place. This pan is a component of the hot holding assembly, and it facilitates the presentation of food in order. It is usually fitted in case of replacement when there is damage on the fit or stability.
