The Star Mfg Y1668 Fryer LCH Hi-Limit Thermostat with Manual Reset is an important safety breaker for unit, which turns off fryer and helps to avoid overheating at 450°F and above. This thermostat has a 5/16” x 3-5/8” nickel bulb and a 60” capillary tube to provide accurate temperature control. It has a manual reset button that increases safety since it demands the user to reset the fryer, which cannot be done while the fryer is still unsafe.
