Description

The Hobart 00-719708 Open Top Burner Venturi draws fuel through the venturi tube to assist in combustion at the burner ports, and supplies primary air to the gas to form the controlled flame at the burner ports for ignition. It controls the flow of air and fuel to provide uniform flame distribution over the open-top burner sections and balances the gas velocity and air entrainment through the venturi passage. The component is placed inside commercial range burner systems under the cooktop near the gas inlet and burner manifold, parallel to the burner orifices to direct the gas flow into individual open-top assemblys.
