Description

The Hobart 719708 Open Top Burner Venturi air-mixing component for controlling the flow of gas and air to the combustion chamber. As fuel flows through the venturi, it sucks air through the venturi throat, which mixes the fuel at a controlled velocity before it reaches the burner ports, which results in a controlled mixture that assists to form a consistent flame throughout the burner assembly. This component is mounted inside the open-top burner assembly under the cooking surface of compatible commercial cooking equipment, and is aligned with the burner venturi intake and is connected to the gas feed passages for combustion air flow.
