The Anets 00-721040-00001 Fryer Safety Control Natural Gas 3.5" Wc Adj. 3"-7" WC is a gas flow controller that monitors the pressure level and turn off or adjusts the supply when abnormal condition are detected. It works based on an internal sensing mechanism that reacts to the variations in gas pressure to maintain controlled burner operation when it is in use. It is mounted in the gas control assembly of the fryer and is located close to the burner system to control the fuel input directly. The component is intended to be used with compatible gas fryers, which will ensure the stable operation.
