Description

The Dean 8070115 Natural Gas Safety Control 3.5" WC Model 7000 BMVR is a replacement part safety control part for commercial cooking equipment. It controls and gas flow at 3.5 inches water column for safe ignition and even burner operation. This control is normally found in commercial appliances and other gas-fired appliances and is part of the main safety circuit that controls fuel flow to the burner assembly. It is used in operation to maintain gas pressure and to shut off gas in the event of irregular conditions, which assists to control the performance of gas systems in restaurant kitchens and food preparation conditions, especially in high volume cooking lines.
