Description

The Frymaster FM810-0014 Natural Gas Safety Control is a gas pressure control unit for commercial appliance. It controls the natural gas supply at 3.5" WC to assure a consistent and safe operation of the burner within the appliance. It is installed in the gas train assembly of the fryer and is designed to assists in proper fuel delivery to the burners when the fryer is in use in commercial kitchen setting like restaurants and food service facilities. The unit acts as a safety control part in the system for stable ignition and to minimize the likelihood of the pressure irregularity affecting the system. It is one component of the integrated gas management system of the appliances.
