Description

The Dean 810-0014 is a natural gas safety control valve that is rated for use on 3.5" water column pressure in commercial cooking equipment. It controls and monitors gas flow to fryer and oven burners for proper ignition and safe operation of the equipment. This Model 7000 BMVR is generally used in gas-fired fryers to regulate gas delivery and the presence of flame along with a millivolt system and thermopile. It is directly linked to the gas train of commercial kitchen systems enabling natural gas to reach the burner assembly in a controlled way. The valve assures cooking performance stability and safety shutoff feature in case of flame failure or irregular cooking.
