Description

The Hobart 00-353271-00001 Natural Gas Safety Control is a regulation and burner protection part, for commercial cooking equipment to monitor the flow when the flame is in use for cooking. It's optimized for 3.5" WC applications and features the Model 7000 BMVR design to fit specific heating systems. It can activate the regulated stove and monitor the gas supply in repeated cooking while working. Replacement is normally performed during maintenance when valve response and operation fluid regulation are inconsistent during normal use of the equipment.
