Description

The Garland 2511-1 Natural Gas Safety Control is a burner regulation apparatus for use in commercial kitchen equipment to control supply during the heating operation. It is a 3.5" WC design with the Model 7000 BMVR design for integration with compatible systems. This control assembly is installed in the management portion of the equipment and is in communication with the ignition systems, and pilot assemblys. In use, it provides proper and stable flow and units in restaurant settings during repeated cooking cycles. Replacement is usually done during maintenance when the valve operation or burner response is inconsistent during normal use.
