The Hobart 00-840343-00001 Natural Gas Safety Valve is designed to regulate and control the supply of natural gas in compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It features 1/2" side outlets that direct gas towards elements connected to it such as burners, which supports uniform initiation and operation. Usually, this valve is installed in cooking appliances, where it operates as an essential safety part, since it may shut-off gas supply in case unsecure conditions are detected. Applied in restaurant and foodservice conditions it assists in ensuring the proper operation of the system and assists ensure secure operation during regular use. It is designed to be used to replace or service existing gas control assemblys in the appliance.
