Description

The Hatco 02-16-068-00 Temperature Control W/Probe is a regulating element for commercial kitchen equipment in order to maintain and monitor heating performance during operation. It is installed in the equipment control area, and the attached unit senses the temp in the area and sends the information to other heating systems that are plugged in. It is active throughout the day when it is heated up repeatedly.
