Description

The Hatco R02-16-068 Temperature Control With Probe is used to monitor temperature changes and adjust electrical signals to keep the temperature of commercial foodservice equipment. The attached probe is continually used to sense the internal temperature and sends this information to the control mechanism to turn heating components on and off during operation. This component is typically used in heated display units, commercial kitchen appliances and other units where temperature monitoring and adjustment are needed, inside warming units. It can be used to control heat and is used in cooking, holding and food preparation in commercial foodservice applications.
