The Market Forge 10-6456 Natural Gas Safety Valve is a gas control element that is designed to regulate and securely shut off the flow of compatible commercial cooking equipment. It is fitted with a 1/2" inlet and dual 1/2" side outlets to fit into the gas supply system of the appliance to supply fuel to burners and keep them under controlled operation. The valve is essential within the unit as it collaborate with a thermocouple and actuator to pause the gas flow when unsecure conditions are detected to support proper ignition and system secure.
