The Southbend 1188523 Convection Oven Motor is a heavy-duty, two-speed blower motor. It is 115V power with 0.5/0.25 HP and 7.2/4.5 amps that provide proper air circulation and proper cooking. It has a 1/2” x 4-1/2” shaft with two flats for easy installation and turns in a clockwise direction from the rear. It has dual speed control for the flexibility of cooking applications, improving heat convection and shortening cooking time. This component has the function of keeping constant temperatures, which without a doubt enhances the quality of food as well as of economical and strict working procedures in the professional kitchen.
