Description

The Ultrafryer 12C355-C Temperature Probe is a quality piece that is aimed at measuring the amount of heat inside the cooking chamber. The probe measures the change in temperature and send signals to the control system to enable the control of heat properly when operating. It is placed within the fryer tank and in direct contact with the heating area to give constant thermal feedback. This element assists in the monitoring of constant temperature and structured control reaction. It recovers correct sensing and correct thermal communication in commercial compatible frying systems.
