Description

The Ultrafryer 12C355 Temperature probe reads the oil temperature and transmits the data to the control system in the commercial fryer. It detects the level of heat in operation and assists in the used maintenance of temperature to ensure uniform performance. The probe is connected to the control circuit to give real time thermal status. It is vital in ensuring that there are controlled heat conditions and that there is no excessive variation of temperature.
