Description

The Duke 175357K Side Grease Pan is a side-mounted grease pan that collects and directs the excess cooking grease of commercial kitchen equipment. Grease is directed through built-in drainage channels where it is separated out of the food particles and directed to a removable receptacle to be collected with controlled flow control within the internal channel structure to the collection point. It is placed next to fryers or cooking units to collect runoff grease along the equipment edge in the grease management area to ensure that the drainage is aligned during operation flow.
