Description

The Franke 620427 Side Grease Pan is created to collect and hold grease runoff of commercial cooking equipment and channel it into a removable container to be disposed of and keep the cooking process cleaner. It works by directing excess grease on the cooking surface into a side outlet that directs it into a catch pan which can be emptied when it fills up during normal kitchen operations in commercial kitchen systems. It is mounted on the side of compatible cooking units where the discharge of grease is channeled to be collected and handled under cooking equipment installations.
