The Imperial 28328 Valve Knob OFF-PILOT-ON is an essential component, that is used to adjust the gas valve position in a fryer system. The knob is connected to the valve stem, and is rotated in marked settings to enable the choice of OFF PILOT and ON positions to control the flow of gas to the burner assembly. It has a diameter of 1-1/4 inch to fit in specific valve designs.
